Alongside clarity of purpose and team identity, a key focus was building trust and psychological safety – a significant contributor to business success in a team composed of those from different cultures. In addition, a clear goal set and operational and learning rhythm allowed continuous course correction and establishing a sound performance focus. **What was the outcome?** Business performance significantly improved. The team led the business to a significant improvement in ‘customer performance’, substantially improved business efficiency and an excellent HSE record.
