Bespoke Skills Development Workshops for Teams

Book a Meeting

All our workshops take place in person and in an environment conducive to building an effective and sustainable team culture which supports adaptability and superior and sustainable performance. These are not delivered online and are therefore unsuitable for teams that work entirely remotely. We do offer support to remote teams but this often requires particular arrangements as the relational dynamics are very different. These can be stand alone, though are best considered as the backbone of developing the culture across your organisation.

Resilience and Avoiding Burnout

There are some surprisingly simple ways to support your and your team’s capacity and wellbeing. And it’s often because we get stuck so deeply in the day-to-day that we fail to appreciate just how much is possible to keep the team motivated and resilient, and adapting not break in the process of change and leading your organisation.

2

Conflict and Difficult Conversations

Difficult conversations are a frequent and necessary tool of business. And if we don’t learn how to have these constructively, then unhelpful conflict frequently occurs and spills into the culture. This workshop provides a practical framework for having conversations that can be difficult, in a way that maintains and even strengthens trust between the teams.

Innovation Engineering

Innovation prompts teams to discover something that is ‘meaningfully unique’. It has to be meaningful for it to matter, and it has to be unique to deliver competitive advantage. It is therefore very different to problem-solving. This workshop and the workshop series that can follow, identifies what are the enablers to innovation within your organisation and works with you to emphasise and liberate these so you can succeed with innovation.
